Because each Wedding, Social Event, or Portrait session is unique, we would like to meet with you personally to better define your needs and develop pricing that is mutually beneficial, preferably at the venue for the event. Remember that in addition to the time it takes to capture your Wedding/Event, there may be setup / teardown time, post-processing, etc that has to be done. Please

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY
Brighter Images Photography currently provides three standard Wedding packages at affordable rates of:
Bronze $695,
Silver $1,195, and
Gold $1,995. Please see our

WEDDING SPECIAL - If you book a Gold Wedding package with us, you get the Engagement Photo Session for FREE!
All wedding packages can be customized to your liking. Photo albums and Slide show DVDs are available at additional costs. Prices do not include travel fees. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please contact us, and discuss.
ENGAGEMENT PHOTOGRAPHY
Brighter Images Photography provides a simple Engagement Photo Session package for a flat rate of $250. That includes a 1-2 hour photo session on-location, select high and low resolution digital images on CD, and a photo DVD.
HEADSHOT PHOTOGRAPHY
Brighter Images Photography provides a Headshot photography package for a flat rate of $100. That includes: 1 look, 35 frames, 3 – Professionally retouched photos of your choice, (2- “4x6” and 1- “8x10”) and select high and low resolution digital images on CD.
Additional retouching will be charged at $10 per image.
FASHION PORTFOLIO PHOTOGRAPHY
Brighter Images Photography provides a Portfolio photography package starting at $100. That includes: 1 look, 35 frames, 2 Professionally retouched “8x10” prints for your portfolio and select high and low resolution digital images on CD. Each additional look to be photographed during the same session will be charged at $50 per outfit.
Additional retouching will be charged at $10 per image.
PAYMENT POLICY
For weddings and social events, a non-refundable retainer totaling 1/3 of the agreed upon amount is due when you reserve the date of your wedding/event with Brighter Images Photography. The second installment of 1/3 is due 45 days after the deposit. The final balance is due 1 week prior to the wedding/event. Any overtime fees approved verbally during the wedding/event are due before the delivery of the photos and/or accessories from the wedding/event. Upon receipt of the deposit and a signed agreement, Brighter Images Photography will reserve the specified date and time for the wedding/event. For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable even if the date has changed or the wedding/event is cancelled for any reason. Brighter Images Photography however, will work with you as much as possible if you decide to re-schedule the event, and the date is available.
For Headshots and Fashion portfolios, a non-refundable retainer of 50% of the agreed upon amount is due when you reserve the date of the shoot. The remaining balance is due before the day of the shoot.
If a makeup artist is provided, payment for the makeup artist is due before the day of the shoot.

We currently accept payments by cash, certified check, or money order. To pay by check, or money order, please make payable to "Brighter Images Photography" and give it directly to one of our professional photographers. If paying by cash, please see Mr. Keith Chatmon, Owner.
